Gain hands-on experience in four distinct culinary hubs (CLT, CHS, RDU, Chapel Hill).
Master "fine dining at scale." One day you’re fueling UNC Chapel Hill performance athletes at the Kenan Stadium and the next, you’re plating a high-end social gala, the set for “Love is Blind”, or a massive Panthers stadium event.
You won't just be stuck in the back. Experience the "front and back" of events—put the product out and stay to watch the guests enjoy the experience.
